We offer both pre-order and ready-to-ship bamboo products. Shipping times will vary depending on the product type and the order’s status (whether pre-order or ready to ship). Please read the following carefully for specific details.

Ready-to-Ship Products

  • Shipping Timeframe: Ready-to-ship products will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date, depending on availability.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping Delays: In rare cases, there may be delays due to factors such as high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Pre-Order Products

  • Pre-Order Status: Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. The estimated shipping date for pre-orders is listed on the product page.
  • Shipping Timeframe: Pre-order products will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the product is available in stock. The actual shipping date may vary due to production timelines or supply chain issues. We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order.
  • Pre-Order Confirmation: Once you place a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your estimated ship date. Please note that pre-order dates are estimates and subjects to change.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order both pre-order and ready-to-ship items together, your order will be shipped in separate shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for the second shipment.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within The United States. Free shipping promotions may have specific terms, such as minimum purchase requirements or exclusions.

Shipping Addresses

  • Accurate Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping partner’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, certain circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, strikes, or shipping carrier delays) may cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to process a replacement or refund.

Return and Refund Policy

At Beautiful Creations LLC we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns that meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Return and Refund Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of new, unused items that are still in their original, unopened packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its originalresellable condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and labels that came with it.
  • The return must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Custom or personalized products, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all items as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and for the refund to be credited to your account. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will assist you with returning the item and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the process.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” on our website. These items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Pre-order & Pick Up Policy

At Beautiful Creations LLC we offer pre-ordering as an option for our customers to secure products that are not yet in stock but will be available soon. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for placing pre-orders with us. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms.

What is a Pre-order?

pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet available but will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a product before it’s released to the public.

Pre-order Availability

  • Pre-order products are available on our website with an estimated availability date listed on the product page. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change.
  • The availability of pre-order items depends on production, shipping, and other external factors, which can sometimes cause delays. We will notify you if any changes occur that affect your pre-order.

Pre-order Payment

  • Full Payment: Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Payment will be processed immediately at checkout.
  • Pricing: The price of a pre-order item is locked in at the time of your order. If there is a price change after your purchase, you will not be charged the new price. However, if the pre-order is canceled or refunded, any future purchases may be subject to the new price.

Estimated Shipping Dates

  • The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be listed on the product page. This date is an approximation, and the actual shipping date may vary due to factors such as production schedules or supply chain delays.
  • We will keep you updated via email and our Facebook group on any significant changes to the estimated shipping date.

Multiple Items in One Order

  • If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship products, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available. If you would like your ready-to-ship items to be sent separately, please place two separate orders.

Modifying or Cancelling a Pre-order

  • Order Modifications: Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be modified (e.g., change of size, color, or quantity). We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Timing: Pre-order products will be shipped once the product is available. Please refer to the product page for the expected availability and shipping timeline.
  • Delays: Pre-order products are subject to production and shipping delays. While we strive to meet the estimated shipping date, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
  • Tracking: Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged or Defective Pre-order Products

If you receive a damaged or defective pre-order item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item or offer a refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Limited Availability & Pre-order Quantity

Some pre-order products may have limited availability. Once a product sells out, we will stop accepting pre-orders for that item. We recommend placing your pre-order early to secure your product.

Pre-order Refunds

Refunds for pre-orders are only available if the product is not delivered within a reasonable period from the expected shipping date, or if the product becomes unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you to provide a refund or offer an alternative solution.

Pick-Up Orders Policy

Thank you for choosing to place a pick-up order with Beautiful Creations LLC! Please read the following policy to ensure a smooth and efficient experience when picking up your order.

1. Order Notification:
Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will be notified through the Beautiful Creations VIP Facebook group. Be sure to check the group for an update on your order's status and when it is ready to be collected.

2. How to Pick Up Your Order:

  • Upon receiving your notification in the Facebook group, head to our pick-up location during business hours.
  • When you arrive, please have your order confirmation ready (either a printout or on your mobile device).
  • Follow any specific instructions provided in the Facebook group post for where to go within our premises to pick up your order.
